Bay to Bay Builders was founded in 2004 after I completed a comprehensive licensing course in construction law and contracts. With 17 years of prior experience as a Journeyman Carpenter, Superintendent, and Project Manager, I was well-prepared to
take the next step as a General Contractor.
Now, more than two decades later, Bay to Bay Builders continues to thrive, specializing in building and remodeling both residential and commercial spaces. We stay at the forefront of industry advancements, utilizing the latest technology while ensuring
compliance with fire safety standards (WUI) and energy efficiency regulations (Title 24).

I was born in Canoga Park and raised in Mission Hills, both in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley. My construction career began in 1987, framing custom homes in Northridge, CA. After a jobsite injury, I transitioned into the office, working on AutoCAD drawings, pulling permits, and yes, making coffee. That unexpected shift opened the door to over a decade of experience in construction management, drafting, and project planning for developments across California, Nevada, Colorado, and Wyoming.
In 2004, I became a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor in California and founded Bay to Bay Builders, combining my field and office experience to build homes and commercial projects with integrity and precision.
Our Approach: Quality-Driven Construction – At one of my earlier companies, the philosophy was Total Quality Management—the job wasn’t done until it was done 100% right. That mindset stuck with me. To this day, I’m on-site with a level and tape measure, checking every detail to ensure we’re building exactly what the plans and homeowners call for. Now, I split my time between the office and the field, making sure each project stays on schedule, within budget, and up to the high standards we’re known for.
Focused Execution & Project Limits – We don’t overextend ourselves. Bay to Bay Builders only runs 4 to 5 active projects at a time, because we believe in maintaining the crews and focus needed to start immediately and finish efficiently. Most of our builds are completed within six months, from start to certificate of occupancy. If your project is more complex, it may take a bit longer but we’ll still move faster than most.
